Brand deliverability

The brand deliverability page shows everything about a single brand’s email performance: summary metrics, authentication, IP usage, sending domains, email send history, and provider breakdown. From here you can also generate a deliverability report for that brand.

At the top you see high-level numbers for the brand:

  • Unique campaigns — Number of distinct campaigns in the period.
  • Total mails processed — Total messages processed for deliverability.
  • Average inbox rate — Share of mail landing in the primary inbox.
  • Average promotion rate — Share landing in the promotions tab.
  • Average spam rate — Share landing in spam.
  • Sending domain count — How many sending domains are used.

Use these to quickly see whether placement is healthy or needs attention.

Authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) is critical for deliverability. This section shows:

  • SPF pass rate — Percentage of messages passing SPF checks.
  • DKIM pass rate — Percentage passing DKIM.
  • DMARC pass rate — Percentage passing DMARC.

See which IP addresses are used to send mail for this brand. The list can include:

  • IP address
  • Total message count
  • Number of brands (if the IP is shared)
  • Which brands use the IP

This helps you understand shared vs dedicated IP usage and spot IPs that may be affecting reputation.

The sending domains table lists each domain used in the “From” address, with:

  • Domain — The sending domain.
  • SPF / DKIM / DMARC — Whether each is configured (e.g. pass/fail or aligned).
  • Domain aligned — Whether the domain is correctly aligned for DMARC.

Use this to ensure all sending domains are authenticated and aligned.

A list (or table) of recent sends with:

  • Sending domain, IP, and authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) per send.
  • Inbox / Promotions / Spam placement (and provider-specific placement when available).
  • Subject and received time.

Use this to correlate placement with authentication and to spot patterns (e.g. one domain or IP underperforming).

When data is available, you see placement broken down by provider (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, AOL): inbox, promotions, and spam rates per provider.

From the same page you can trigger Generate report. The app prepares a deliverability report for the brand. When ready, you get a report URL or download; subscription for that brand is required. Use the report for sharing with your team or for troubleshooting.
