Deliverability overview

Your deliverability dashboard gives you a live view of what ISPs think of your sending domain — covering spam complaint rates, DMARC pass rates, blocklist status, and inbox placement across Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook.

Use it to catch problems before they affect revenue: authentication failures, IP blacklistings, spam rate spikes, and placement drops all appear here before they become campaign-level disasters.

  • Summary — Unique campaigns, total mails processed, average inbox rate, promotion rate, and spam rate; sending domain count.
  • Authentication — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC pass rates so you can fix misconfigurations before they cause placement failures.
  • IP address usage — Which IPs are used to send and how they are shared across brands.
  • Sending domains — List of sending domains with authentication and alignment status.
  • Email send history — Recent sends with placement (inbox/promotions/spam) and authentication per message.
  • Provider breakdown — Placement and performance by provider (Gmail, Yahoo, AOL) to isolate which ISP is causing issues.
  • Inbox placement testing — On-demand seed list tests to validate where your email lands before or after a send.
  • DMARC monitoring — Aggregate report analysis, unauthorized sender detection, and alignment failure tracking.
  • Blocklist detection — Real-time IP and domain listing alerts with removal guidance.
  • Cost optimization — Unengaged contact identification and suppression recommendations to reduce ESP costs.
  • Competitive intelligence — Benchmark your inbox placement rates against tracked industry brands.

Go to a brand’s deliverability view from Dashboard → My brands or from the brand’s page. There you can see the summary, authentication, IP usage, sending domains, send history, and provider breakdown. Use Generate report for a downloadable deliverability report.

From a brand’s deliverability page you can generate a deliverability report. The report is prepared and then made available for download. You must be subscribed for that brand to access the report.
