- InboxEagle app — Sign in at app.inboxeagle.com to access your dashboards, integrations, and account settings.
Status, updates, and announcements
Section titled “Status, updates, and announcements”- What’s new — Check the InboxEagle app and docs for release notes and feature updates.
- Email announcements — Product update emails from InboxEagle, where enabled for your account.
- Status — For incidents or downtime, check the in-app status indicator or contact support@inboxeagle.com.
When to use docs vs. support
Section titled “When to use docs vs. support”- Use documentation when you want to learn how to do something, understand a feature, or look up a term in the Glossary.
- Use Contact support when something is broken, you are blocked, or you need account-specific help.

Changelog and release notes
Section titled “Changelog and release notes”InboxEagle releases new features and improvements continuously. To stay up to date:
- In-app announcements — Feature releases appear as announcements in the app when you log in.
- Release notes — Check inboxeagle.com/changelog for a running list of what’s new in the product.
- Support email — Significant changes that affect your setup are communicated via email to your account administrator.
Feature requests and feedback
Section titled “Feature requests and feedback”InboxEagle does not currently operate a user forum or community Slack. For product discussion, feature requests, or sharing feedback:
- Email support — Reach the team at support@inboxeagle.com.
- Feature requests — Send your ideas to support@inboxeagle.com with “Feature request” in the subject line. All requests are reviewed by the product team.
