Setup and connection issues
Check this list first if something does not look right after you set up InboxEagle.
Account and login
Section titled “Account and login”- Can’t log in — Confirm you are using the correct email address. Use Forgot password? on the login page to reset. Check your spam folder for the reset email. New accounts must verify their email before logging in.
- Email verification not received — Check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact support to resend the verification email.
- Profile not saving — Ensure your name field is filled in and your logo file is a valid image format (PNG or JPEG, under 5 MB).
Integrations not connecting
Section titled “Integrations not connecting”- Klaviyo — Verify that you granted all requested permissions during the OAuth flow. Revoke and re-authorize if you are unsure. See Klaviyo setup.
- Google Postmaster Tools — Your sending domain must be verified in Postmaster Tools before connecting. The Google account you use to connect must have access to the Postmaster property for that domain.
- Bot Finder (AWS SES) — The CloudFormation stack must complete successfully (
CREATE_COMPLETEstatus) before you enter the IAM Role ARN. See AWS SES integration and Bot Finder troubleshooting. - Mailgun — Confirm the webhook URL from InboxEagle is registered in Mailgun under Sending → Webhooks, with the correct event types selected. See Mailgun integration.
Data not appearing after connecting
Section titled “Data not appearing after connecting”- Allow time for the initial sync. Klaviyo and Postmaster syncs typically complete within a few minutes to a few hours. Google Postmaster data has an inherent 24–72 hour delay from Google’s side.
- For Bot Finder, events only appear after you send an email through the SES configuration set created by the CloudFormation stack. If you have not sent any email yet, the dashboard will be empty.
