Deliverability and data issues

Follow these checks if deliverability data is missing, delayed, or does not match expectations.

  • Sync delay — Allow time for initial or incremental updates after connecting an integration. Manual sync is available by clicking Sync now on the integration detail page.
  • Integration disconnected — Check Integrations to confirm all connected integrations show Active status. Reconnect any that show Error or Disconnected.
  • No email volume — Google Postmaster requires a minimum sending volume to Google addresses before domain-level data appears. If you send fewer than ~200 emails/day to Gmail addresses, data may not populate.
  • Deliverability score — See Deliverability dashboard overview for a breakdown of each score component and what affects it.
  • Authentication ratesSPF, DKIM, and DMARC rates below 98% require investigation. See Authenticate your sending domain.
  • Provider differences — Gmail, Yahoo, and AOL each score domains independently. Use the provider breakdown on the campaign detail view to identify which provider is causing issues.
  • High open rates — If using SES without Bot Finder, privacy proxies inflate open counts. Connect Bot Finder via AWS SES for real engagement data.
  • Understanding bot classifications — See Bot Finder FAQ for details on bot vs suspicious vs human classifications and Apple MPP behavior.
  • IP reputation — Use IP reputation monitoring to check blacklist status, reputation tier, and associated senders for any IP in your program.
  • Sending domain data — Use Sending domains to see per-domain authentication rates and placement history.
