How do I connect Klaviyo to InboxEagle?
Section titled “How do I connect Klaviyo to InboxEagle?”Go to Integrations in InboxEagle and select Klaviyo. Click “Connect” and authorize InboxEagle to read your Klaviyo account data. You’ll be prompted to log in to your Klaviyo account and approve the connection. Once authorized, InboxEagle will begin syncing your campaign performance data and list metrics.
What data does InboxEagle pull from Klaviyo?
Section titled “What data does InboxEagle pull from Klaviyo?”InboxEagle syncs:
- Campaign performance — Sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounce rate, spam complaint rate
- List and segment metrics — Size, engagement trends, health scoring
- Time-based analytics — Performance metrics broken down by date and hour
- Subscriber events — Open and click data attributed to specific subscribers
This data is combined with InboxEagle’s deliverability monitoring (inbox placement, authentication, IP reputation, blocklist status) to give you a complete view of campaign health and delivery performance.
Why are my open and click rates different between Klaviyo and InboxEagle?
Section titled “Why are my open and click rates different between Klaviyo and InboxEagle?”InboxEagle uses Bot Finder to filter out bot activity from your engagement counts. Bot opens and clicks include:
- Apple Mail Privacy Protection (MPP) — Inflates open rates by 20–40% on Apple Mail users
- Gmail Image Proxy — Gmail caches email images, registering as opens
- Corporate security gateways — Proofpoint, Mimecast, Barracuda, and Microsoft Defender scan email links and generate fake clicks
Klaviyo reports all opens and clicks without filtering. InboxEagle’s engagement metrics are more representative of real subscriber behavior because bots are excluded.
How often does InboxEagle sync Klaviyo data?
Section titled “How often does InboxEagle sync Klaviyo data?”InboxEagle syncs Klaviyo campaign and list data continuously throughout the day. New campaigns and metrics typically appear in InboxEagle within 15–30 minutes of being sent or updated in Klaviyo.
Can I use Klaviyo analytics and deliverability together?
Section titled “Can I use Klaviyo analytics and deliverability together?”Yes. InboxEagle’s Klaviyo analytics view shows campaign performance alongside deliverability data. You can:
- See which campaigns landed in inbox vs. spam across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and other providers
- Compare your authentication pass rates (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) across campaigns
- Correlate engagement with IP reputation and blocklist status
- Identify campaigns with low inbox placement and take corrective action
This holistic view helps you understand why engagement dropped — was it content, authentication, IP reputation, or list hygiene?
What if Klaviyo data stops appearing in InboxEagle?
Section titled “What if Klaviyo data stops appearing in InboxEagle?”-
Check connection status — Go to Integrations and verify the Klaviyo status shows Connected. If it shows “Disconnected” or “Expired”, click “Reconnect” and re-authorize.

Confirm new campaigns — InboxEagle only syncs campaigns sent after the connection was active. If no data appears, verify you’ve sent at least one campaign in Klaviyo since connecting.

Check permissions — Verify your Klaviyo account has admin permissions to authorize third-party integrations. If you’re not an admin, ask your account owner to re-authorize the connection.

Contact support — If the connection shows “Connected”, you’ve sent campaigns, and no data is appearing, contact support with your Klaviyo account ID and the date you connected InboxEagle.
Can I filter campaigns by date range or segment?
Section titled “Can I filter campaigns by date range or segment?”Yes. The Klaviyo analytics view includes:
- Date range filter — Select a custom start and end date to see metrics for a specific time period
- Segment filter — Filter to specific Klaviyo segments or lists
- Campaign filter — Search for individual campaigns by name
Use these filters to narrow down which campaigns you want to analyze alongside deliverability data.
Is my Klaviyo API key stored securely?
Section titled “Is my Klaviyo API key stored securely?”No API key is stored. InboxEagle uses OAuth 2.0 to authenticate with Klaviyo, which means you authorize InboxEagle to access your data without sharing a password or API key. Your credentials never leave Klaviyo.
You can revoke InboxEagle’s access at any time in your Klaviyo account settings — no further action needed in InboxEagle.
