Reaching support
Section titled “Reaching support”Contact TargetBay support through the channel your plan provides: in-app help, email, or the contact option on the TargetBay site. Support can help with account, billing, integrations, and technical issues.
What to include when you contact support
Section titled “What to include when you contact support”- What you’re trying to do — e.g. connect a domain, interpret deliverability scores, fix Google Postmaster or integration issues.
- What you see — Error messages, screenshots, or a short description of the unexpected behavior.
- What you’ve already tried — e.g. reconnecting the integration, reviewing the FAQ, checking deliverability docs.
This helps support resolve your issue faster.
