Deliverability and data issues
Follow these checks if deliverability data is missing, delayed, or doesn’t match expectations.
Scores or history not updating
Section titled “Scores or history not updating”- Sync delay — Data may sync on a schedule. Allow time for initial or incremental updates after connecting an integration or domain.
- Integration status — Confirm Klaviyo (or other data sources) is connected and authorized. See Integrations. Reconnect if the connection has expired.
- Domain or brand — Ensure the domain/brand is correctly added and linked to the integration in the app dashboard and Deliverability sections.
Understanding scores and metrics
Section titled “Understanding scores and metrics”- Deliverability docs — Use Deliverability and Brand deliverability to understand how scores and authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) are calculated and displayed.
- IP and sending domain — Use IP address analysis to look up IP reputation and sending domain health.
Bot detection (Bot Finder / Lens)
Section titled “Bot detection (Bot Finder / Lens)”- Open/click filtering — If using Bot Finder, see Bot Finder setup for how bot traffic is filtered and how that affects metrics. For events not arriving or pipeline issues, see Bot Finder troubleshooting.
