Deliverability and data issues

Follow these checks if deliverability data is missing, delayed, or doesn’t match expectations.

  • Sync delay — Data may sync on a schedule. Allow time for initial or incremental updates after connecting an integration or domain.
  • Integration status — Confirm Klaviyo (or other data sources) is connected and authorized. See Integrations. Reconnect if the connection has expired.
  • Domain or brand — Ensure the domain/brand is correctly added and linked to the integration in the app dashboard and Deliverability sections.
