Setup and connection issues
Check this list first if something does not look right after you set up InboxEagle.
Account and access
Section titled “Account and access”- Can’t log in or access InboxEagle — Confirm you have an active InboxEagle account and that you’re using the correct login (TargetBay or InboxEagle credentials as applicable). Use password reset or contact your admin if access is missing.
- Brand or domain not showing — Ensure you’ve added your brand/domain in the app dashboard and that the setup steps in Getting started are complete.
Integrations not connecting
Section titled “Integrations not connecting”- Klaviyo — Verify API keys or OAuth and that the Klaviyo account has the required permissions. See Integrations and Klaviyo.
- Google Postmaster — Ensure you’ve added and verified your domain in Google Postmaster Tools and connected it in InboxEagle. See Google Postmaster.
- Bot Finder — If using bot detection, confirm the integration is configured per Bot Finder setup. For events not arriving, provisioning, or webhook issues, see Bot Finder troubleshooting.
