Account setup
After creating your InboxEagle account and verifying your email, a few profile setup steps help personalize the experience and ensure reports and notifications display correctly.
Complete your profile
Section titled “Complete your profile”Your profile includes your display name and a logo or avatar — used in the InboxEagle interface and in any generated reports.

Log in to app.inboxeagle.com

Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner and select Profile, or navigate directly to app.inboxeagle.com/profile

Update your full name in the name field

Upload a logo or avatar (PNG or JPEG, recommended size 200×200 px or larger square). This appears in reports and the dashboard header.

Click Save changes
Email address
Section titled “Email address”Your email address is set during registration and is used for:
- Account login
- Email notifications (brand activity, deliverability alerts)
- Support communications
To change your email address, contact InboxEagle support — email changes require identity verification.
Password management
Section titled “Password management”Password management is handled through the login page:
- Visit app.inboxeagle.com/login
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address and submit
- Follow the link in the reset email
- Set a new password (minimum 8 characters, mix of letters and numbers recommended)
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”InboxEagle sends in-app notifications for key account events:

| Brand activity | New emails detected from a brand you track |
| Brand request | Your brand request is approved or declined |
| Campaign summary | Post-campaign deliverability summary (if connected to Postmaster or SES) |
Access notifications by clicking the bell icon in the top navigation bar. Mark individual notifications as read, or mark all as read at once.
Subscription and plan
Section titled “Subscription and plan”Your current subscription plan appears in the account settings. To upgrade, downgrade, or view billing history:
- Go to Profile → Subscription in the InboxEagle app
- View your current plan, next billing date, and usage limits
- Click Upgrade or Manage subscription to change your plan

Connecting integrations
Section titled “Connecting integrations”Once your profile is set up, connect the integrations that power your deliverability data:
- Google Postmaster Tools — Domain reputation, authentication stats, spam rate (setup guide)
- Klaviyo — Campaign and list analytics (setup guide)
- AWS SES (Bot Finder) — Bot detection for email engagements (setup guide)
- Mailgun — Email platform integration (setup guide)
All integrations are accessible from the Integrations page in the left sidebar.
