Google Postmaster Tools

Google Postmaster Tools gives senders visibility into how Google sees their domains and traffic. When you connect Postmaster to InboxEagle, you can view domain reputation, IP reputation, traffic and encryption stats, and verified domains from within the app.

  • Domain reputation — How Google rates your sending domain(s).
  • IP reputation — Reputation and sample IPs associated with your domain.
  • Traffic and encryption — Volume and encryption ratios (e.g. TLS).
  • Delivery errors — Error types and ratios when reported by Google.
  • User-reported spam — Spam ratio signals from Gmail users.
  • Verified domains — List of domains you have verified in Postmaster.

This data is shown in the Postmaster area of the app and can feed into your deliverability dashboard so you can act on reputation and placement together.

To set up the integration, follow the Google Postmaster Tools integration guide.

Once connected, you can:

  • View postmaster statistics for a sending domain — metrics over a chosen time range (e.g. inbox rate, spam rate, authentication, deliverability score components).
  • View postmaster dashboard data — detailed traffic stats, domain and IP reputation, email security (DKIM/SPF/DMARC success ratios), and breakdowns (e.g. inbox vs spam vs promotions) for the selected domain and period.

Use the date or range filter in the app to compare current vs previous periods and spot trends.

From the Postmaster integration you can see the list of domains you have verified in Google Postmaster Tools. This helps you confirm that all your important sending domains are connected and that data is available for each.
