  1. Go to Integrations

In the InboxEagle app, open Integrations from the main navigation and select Google Postmaster Tools.

  2. Authorise with Google

Sign in to your Google account and grant InboxEagle the required read permissions to access your Postmaster data.

  3. Verify your sending domains

If you have not already, verify ownership of your sending domain(s) in Google Postmaster Tools by adding the required DNS TXT record. InboxEagle will only show data for verified domains.

  4. View your data

Once connected, navigate to the Google Postmaster dashboard in the app to view domain reputation, traffic stats, and verified domains.

  • Data not appearing after connection — Google Postmaster data is typically delayed by 24–72 hours. If you have just connected or recently started sending on a domain, allow a few days for data to appear.
  • Low-volume domains — Very low-volume domains may not generate enough signal for all metrics to populate. Google requires a minimum send volume before Postmaster reports data.
  • Domain not verified — Only domains verified in Google Postmaster Tools will appear. Add the DNS TXT record provided by Postmaster and wait for propagation before reconnecting.
  • Connection expired or errored — If the integration shows a disconnected state, re-authorise from the Integrations page. Google OAuth tokens can expire or be revoked.
