Klaviyo integration
The Klaviyo integration lets you connect your Klaviyo account to InboxEagle so you can see campaign and list performance alongside your deliverability data — all in one place.
What you get with Klaviyo connected

Connect Klaviyo
Section titled “Connect Klaviyo”-
Go to Integrations
In the InboxEagle app, open Integrations from the main navigation and select Klaviyo.

Authorise the connection
Sign in to your Klaviyo account and grant InboxEagle the required read permissions. InboxEagle needs access to your account summary, campaigns, lists, and statistics.

Confirm the connection
Once authorised, InboxEagle will confirm the connection and begin fetching your Klaviyo data. Initial sync may take a few minutes depending on your account size.

View your data
Navigate to the Klaviyo or Integrations section in the app to see your account summary, campaign insights, list/segment performance, and time-based analytics.
Where to see Klaviyo data
Section titled “Where to see Klaviyo data”After connecting, Klaviyo data appears in:
- The Integrations section — account summary, statistics, and campaign list.
- Campaign history views — per-campaign engagement metrics.
- Performance stats — aggregate open, click, and delivery metrics.
Use the date range filter to compare Klaviyo performance across periods.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Connection not authorising — Confirm your Klaviyo account has admin or API access permissions. Limited-permission accounts may not expose the required data scopes.
- Data not appearing after connection — Allow up to 10–15 minutes for the initial sync. If data is still missing after 30 minutes, disconnect and reconnect the integration.
- Metrics look different from Klaviyo — InboxEagle may apply different date boundaries or aggregation windows. Check that the date range in both tools matches.
- Connection expired — Klaviyo OAuth tokens can expire. If the integration shows a disconnected or error state, re-authorise from the Integrations page.
