Section titled “Free plan”The Free plan gives you access to InboxEagle’s brand discovery and email template intelligence features. It is best suited for:
- Email marketers who want to monitor competitor campaigns
- Designers looking for inspiration across brand email programs
- Teams evaluating InboxEagle before committing to a paid plan
Limitations on the Free plan:
- No deliverability dashboard, campaign history, or sending domain analysis
- No integration with Klaviyo, Google Postmaster Tools, or AWS SES (Bot Finder)
- Template usage capped at 20 per day
- Community support only
Basic plan — $49/month
Section titled “Basic plan — $49/month”The Basic plan unlocks the full deliverability monitoring suite and all integrations. It is designed for:
- Email marketers at a single company managing one sending program
- Senders who want Bot Finder for SES and need accurate, bot-filtered engagement data
- Teams integrating with Klaviyo and Google Postmaster Tools for a complete view
What’s included:
- Full deliverability dashboard with campaign history, IP reputation, and sending domain analysis
- All integrations: Google Postmaster Tools, Klaviyo, AWS SES (Bot Finder), Mailgun
- AI Intelligence Agent for natural-language bot data queries

Agency plan — $249/month
Section titled “Agency plan — $249/month”The Agency plan is designed for teams managing multiple brands or clients. It removes limits on brand tracking, adds organizational controls, and includes a dedicated account manager.
What’s included (everything in Basic, plus):
- Unlimited brand tracking (manage deliverability for all your clients)
- 500 template lookups per day
- Dedicated account manager for onboarding and ongoing strategy
- SSO (SAML 2.0 / OIDC) for team login management
- Priority email support with faster response times

Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Can I try the paid features before subscribing? Yes. Contact InboxEagle support to request a trial period for the Basic or Agency plan.
What happens if I exceed my template limit? Template access is paused for the rest of the day and resets at midnight UTC. Deliverability monitoring and bot detection are not affected by template limits.
Can I switch plans at any time? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a free trial? The Free plan is available indefinitely with no time limit. Contact sales for a paid plan trial.
